Today, Republican candidate for Governor of Hawai’i, Gary Cordery, a successful businessman and entrepreneur, announces the endorsement of small business owner, Melissa Aiona.

Melissa Aiona is the founder and owner of Pacific Island Parts located in Kane’ohe, Hawai’i. Melissa’s organization primarily operates in Heavy Construction, in which she sells construction parts to all of the major construction companies in Hawai’i and Guam.

Melissa campaigned for Bud Stonebreaker, which is when she began to desire to see real change in Hawaiian politics. Melissa also helped to form Aloha Freedom Coalition (AFC) to help shine a light on political corruption and overreach throughout the state of Hawai’i and the nation.

In a statement sent to the Cordery campaign, Melissa said:

I am overjoyed to support Gary Cordery in this race for Governor. I have known Gary for over 30 years, in which he has proven himself to be a successful businessman, incredible friend and father and fearless leader, even when faced with great opposition. His bold stance against Marxist COVID mandates, impressive success as a contractor and overall high standards throughout all aspects of his life, make Gary the obvious choice to win the August primary. He is the only candidate who can take on and defeat the liberal machine in November. Gary will be a Governor for not only conservatives, but all the people of Hawai’i who realize we desperately need a change in order to help Hawai’i be one of the leading states in the nation.

Her passion to see Hawai’i free from political corruption, which greatly impacts small businesses, and her endurance to stand against such corruption makes her support all the more valuable to me. I will be a voice for all the businesses throughout the islands which have been negatively impacted by unethical political leaders, and I will be sure to help our small business owners to once again thrive throughout the island.
