Female Small Business Owner Endorses Gary Cordery For Governor
Today, Republican candidate for Governor of Hawaiʻi, Gary Cordery, a successful businessman and entrepreneur, was endorsed by Bernadette Shafer Robins, owner of Shafer’s Roofing.
Bernadette Shafer Robins is the owner of Shafer’s Roofing. Started in 1979 by her father, Samatua Shafer, Shafer’s Roofing has been a staple of the local community ever since it open edits doors. Robins took on her father’s legacy and motto “A Family Business Portraying Family Qualities” to run the business in his memory. Robins obtained her contractor’s license in 2000and has helped to grow and flourish the business into one of Hawaiʻi’s most respected roofing companies.
Robins is the owner of the only female-owned and operated roofing company in Hawaiʻi with her excellence in work earning her company one of the “Top Women-Owned Businesses” in 2018 by Pacific Business News. Robins also currently serves as the Vice President of the Roofing Contractors Association of Hawaiʻi.
