Epik Chiro Owner Endorses Gary Cordery For Governor

Today, Republican candidate for Governor of Hawaiʻi, Gary Cordery, a successful businessman and entrepreneur, was endorsed by local business owner and doctor, Erik Shimane.

Dr. Erik Shimane is the owner of Epik Chiro in Honolulu. Shimane graduated from Kaiser High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawaiʻi Manoa. He achieved his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer West Chiropractic College in San Jose, CA and continues to obtain numerous post graduate certificates. Shimane is currently pursuing an International Diplomat of Osteopathy. Shimane achieved a Diploma in Pelviology from Somatraining and Manual Etiotherapy Institute in Santo-Domingo, Dominican Republic.

In the past, Erik has been an on-field medical/chiropractic volunteer for the Ironman World Championships in Kailua Kona, Hawaiʻi, International Children Games, Ultimate International Karate Championships, North Face Endurance Challenge, San Francisco Full/Half Marathon, Honolulu Marathon, Santa Cruz Beach Volleyball Tournaments, Muddy Buddy, 24 Hours of Adrenaline and many other events.

“Erik is an outstanding doctor, health enthusiast, athlete and lover of Hawaiʻi; his endorsement is such an honor,” stated Cordery. “One of the reasons I am running for Governor is to come along side people like Erik, linking arms with great men and women involved in their communities who truly desire to see Hawaiʻi prosper. I am so thankful for Erik’s vote and for all the people of Hawaiʻi who are placing their trust in me as their future Governor; I won’t let them down.”

I was born and raised on the island of Oʻahu. I have never voted in a gubernatorial race, yet after meeting and talking with Gary Cordery, I feel my vote for Gary will count for TRUTH. I stand with the people of our state’s future. I endorse Gary Cordery for the truth I know he will bring back into our political system.
