PRESS RELEASE: NHCO Poll Shows Overwhelming Gary Cordery Favorability
Republican candidate for Governor, Gary Cordery, a successful businessman and entrepreneur, overwhelmingly won a recent poll by New Hope Central Oahu Church (NHCO).
On July 6th, 2022, NHCO in Wahiawa conducted a candidate forum with several of the leading Gubernatorial candidates. Participants attending and watching the forum online were asked: Of the candidates that attended the July 6th NHCO Town Hall, which one would you vote for?
Of the 263 poll participants, Gary Cordery won with an outstanding 52.9% of the vote.
“I am so grateful for this poll,” stated Cordery. “I believe these results are a reflection of the people of Hawai’i desiring a candidate who will be a humble leader, true to their word, successful in their careers and, possibly most importantly, outside of the political realm. I anticipate moving forward to the general election in August, then becoming the champion Hawai’i voters are looking for in November.”

Contributions by a person to a candidate committee during an election period are limited to $6,000 to a candidate seeking a 4-year, statewide office.
